What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively promoting a suite of TV, internet, and wireless products
- Maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity in all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Must demonstrate a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and a persuasive personality
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace
