      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create thriving matches between Caregivers and Clients, ensuring all shifts are filled
      - Respond promptly to after-hours, holiday, and weekend call-outs to secure staffing
      - Update HRIS and healthcare management platforms with accurate information
      - Provide excellent customer service and responsiveness to all incoming calls
      - Ensure only fully compatible and trained Providers are assigned to Clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High volume scheduling experience in the healthcare field
      - Ability to work independently and take initiative
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Human Resources
      - Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA
      - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
      - Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
      - Familiarity with project management and documentation processes
