What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Plan, research, and book travel arrangements based on clients' requirements
- Maintain open communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- Complete training provided by vendors to enhance knowledge and skills
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and travel itineraries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Columbia, and Mexico
- Possess a reliable computer, laptop, or smartphone with internet access
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for professional interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or platforms
- Interest in travel and knowledge of various destinations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
