What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile events
- Partner with product owners and scrum teams on user story sizing and acceptance criteria
- Coach and mentor Scrum Teams to encourage best practices
- Manage dependencies and communication between Scrum Teams and other teams
- Ensure Scrum Teams follow standards and create necessary project artifacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and 3+ years of related experience
- 2+ years acting as a ScrumMaster
- ScrumMaster certification (CSM)
- Experience with Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) programs
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Beverage Industry experience
- Process-oriented experience/certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL)
- Understanding of Salesforce and MuleSoft tools and concepts
- Proficient in Jira usage and configuration
- High degree of initiative, purpose, and enthusiasm
