What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and perform audits under the supervision of managers and/or directors
- Document business processes and identify risks and mitigating controls
- Develop risk and control matrices and test plans for key controls
- Review and test records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, IS/IT, or related field required
- 4-6 years of auditing experience required
- Experience in creating process documentation, developing audit plans, and performing audits required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) within 1 Year required
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint; ACL and TeamMate a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) within 1 Year
- CIA or other relevant audit or risk certification within 1 Year
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
