What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Screen potential patients for protocol eligibility and enroll them in clinical trials
- Coordinate patient care in compliance with protocol requirements
- Maintain investigational drug accountability and oversee the preparation of orders by physicians
- Collaborate with physicians to review patient conditions and document findings
- Compile and report protocol activity, accrual trends, and research financial information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific related discipline required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in a clinical or scientific related discipline required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in oncology and/or clinical research preferred
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and computer data entry/database management
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology (oncology) and clinical trials
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred
- Hazmat/IATA training
