What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial information to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Assist with the monthly close process and participate in the annual budget process
- Complete annual audit schedules and conduct various financial analyses
- Interact with leadership teams to provide financial support and insights
- Demonstrate developed analytical skills to identify issues and opportunities for resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS Degree in Finance or Accounting (or similar) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial applications and processes
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in position-specific applications
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently
