What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop standard engineering design processes and review incorporating government guidelines
- Manage engineering resources to support ESPC and UESC contracts
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support and resolving customer issues
- Provide engineering support with estimating project costing
- Track and reduce engineering non-conformance cost on projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or another technical field
- 6-8 years of industry-related experience with 3-4 years of engineering management experience
- Certified Energy Manager or Professional Engineer certifications preferred
- Knowledge and experience working on developing and executing large Federal ESPC projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Management
- 8+ years in the Energy business with a proven history of progression in the ESPC industry
