      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process complex payroll while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and union requirements
      - Ensure accuracy of wage calculations, withholdings, deductions, and changes
      - Reconcile payroll data and identify risks to maintain accuracy and timeliness
      - Review payroll processes and recommend internal control enhancements for efficiency
      - Assist with internal and external audits and maintain required payroll files and records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
      - 3+ years of union payroll processing experience
      - High technical ability with intermediate to expert Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
      - Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
      - Ability to quickly learn new systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a payroll-related position
      - Advanced knowledge of payroll software and systems
      - Experience with bank and tax reconciliations
      - Familiarity with union updates affecting payroll configuration
