What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process complex payroll while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and union requirements
- Ensure accuracy of wage calculations, withholdings, deductions, and changes
- Reconcile and identify risks to prevent issues with accuracy, timeliness, and production
- Review payroll processes and recommend internal control or efficiency enhancements
- Assist with internal and external audits and maintain required payroll files and records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- 3+ years of union payroll processing experience
- High technical ability with intermediate to expert Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
