What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop CSFS capacity for remote sensing and modeling capabilities
- Provide technical support for imagery, data products, and analysis tools
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on remote sensing/GIS projects
- Support GIS analysis, data management, and cartography for projects
- Conduct applied research and contribute to scientific publications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, remote sensing, geospatial science, data science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional Remote Sensing/GIS and/or data science experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's or higher degree in geospatial science, forestry, or related field
- Programming experience in Python, R, and/or Google Earth Engine
- Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS software
- Familiarity with UAVs/drones and their applications for remote sensing
- Demonstrated experience in developing training materials related to remote sensing/geospatial data
