What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
- Extensive, hands-on experience with social media/marketing
- 2 years experience in an office environment
- 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or GED; must be a fluent English speaker
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in community management across multiple social media platforms
- Familiarity with handling a high volume of social media inquiries
- Strong problem-solving skills in a customer service context
