What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' social, emotional, environmental, and financial needs
- Develop treatment plans or make appropriate referrals for patients
- Obtain data from patients and/or relatives to assist in the development of teaching endeavors and social services
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve patient goals
- Provide brief therapeutic interventions and maintain accurate documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensure as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) by the Texas Board of Social Work
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of one year of social work experience
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Residency and work authorization in the State of Texas
