What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement complex software solutions, including coding, support, and agile team principles
- Collaborate with team members to drive modernization efforts within Property & Casualty systems
- Utilize various technologies and frameworks for application development
- Participate in writing and documentation processes to ensure clear communication
- Engage in continuous learning and upskilling to support personal and professional growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Full Stack Development (Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, SOAP/REST, Spring Framework, Splunk, etc.)
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and Docker
- Experience with test automation tools (Karate, Cucumber, Codecept, etc.)
- Foundational knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS
- Experience with version control tools such as Git
