      Position Title: Sr. Salesforce Engineer Years of Experience: 5+ years

      Location: US Remote

      Department: IT Shift Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

      Department Overview:

      At Accuris, we maintain a highly customized Salesforce (SFDC) application that serves as the backbone for our Sales, Service, and Marketing functions across all products and services. The platform supports approximately 500 users globally and is integrated with various enterprise solutions, including:
      • Marketing Cloud (HubSpot)
      • Digital Transaction Management (DocuSign)
      • Document Rendering (Drawloop)
      • Business Data Services (Lead Data/ ZoomInfo, 6sense)
      • Accounting Software (SAP)

      Our Salesforce system is built using Salesforce Lightning, leveraging cutting-edge features and technology to optimize our operations. Additionally, we have a highly customized, custom-built CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution developed with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

      Position Summary

      We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic IT team on a contract-basis. This role will involve designing, implementing, testing, and deploying scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a key contributor, you will work closely with various global teams, including Sales, Client Support, Contract Management, Product, Legal, and Finance, to deliver impactful solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and service-focused environment.

      What You'll Do

      As a Sr. Salesforce Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
      • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying maintainable and reusable Salesforce solutions.
      • Building and enhancing our custom CPQ solution using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
      • Creating detailed documentation and technical specifications.
      • Collaborating with project teams to address status updates, technical issues, and creative solutions.
      • Enhancing software delivery through DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
      • Continuously improving skillsets by staying updated on new IT technologies and practices.

      What You Need to Get the Job Done
      • Education: University graduate or equivalent.
      • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
      • Advanced expertise in Salesforce Lightning and custom development with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
      • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
      • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification (required); additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
      • Experience with Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming.
      • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Java (advantageous).
      • Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and their implementation (advantageous).
      • Experience with tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, Drawloop, DocuSign, Lean Data, and HubSpot (advantageous).
      • Understanding of Agile Methodologies and frameworks.
