What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate best practices and develop standardized training materials, SOPs, and templates for technicians
- Conduct training sessions and operational audits alongside Field Technicians and Training Support Managers (TSMs)
- Lead initiatives for process improvement and quality enhancement
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for technicians, providing guidance and support in the field
- Represent the organization at trade shows and collaborate with technical schools to enhance curriculum
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant field experience
- NETA level 3 or 4 certification required (or equivalent certification recognized by an industry organization)
- Proven expertise in Power Systems topics and experience with NFPA70E Standard
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in workflow
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience presenting to groups and training others
- Proven ability to develop training programs from the ground up
- Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Passion for learning and teaching others
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
