What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, design, and document details for success, including current processes and opportunities for improvement
- Assist the Project Manager with scope management, change management, and solution definition
- Provide analysis, definition, and direction in support of project activities
- Develop test cases and perform quality assurance testing, supporting user acceptance testing
- Act as the primary contact for technology, reporting, and process-related analysis throughout the solution development lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, information systems, or analytical techniques preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of business and data analysis experience with tools such as SQL
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the mortgage, finance, or realty services industry preferred
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis tools and mortgage servicing/origination systems
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing and mortgage origination systems (i.e., Fiserv, MSP, Encompass360)
- Experience in real estate operations through rotation in functional areas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite, especially Excel
