      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for the new student enrollment process
      - Develop and validate financial plans for applicants
      - Monitor student accounts and provide guidance on financial eligibility
      - Identify and overcome academic and financial obstacles with students
      - Utilize data and systems to track enrollment and graduation information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree required
      - Minimum of 1-year customer service or advising experience in education
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
      - Access and maintain the NSLDS system without defaulting on Title IV Federal aid
      - Reliable home office with internet speeds meeting minimum requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in higher education or Title IV funding
      - Knowledge and experience with online learning
      - Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Desire to earn a Bachelor's degree through tuition benefit program
