What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and thorough resolution to customer issues related to software applications
- Monitor the support call queue and take ownership or re-assign new tickets as necessary
- Interact with internal departments for issue escalation and problem-solving
- Develop a deep understanding of functional and technical features of applications to assist customers effectively
- Provide recommendations to prevent recurrence of issues and suggest enhancements to products or processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience delivering solutions or support in the financial or accounting industry
- Familiarity with customer support environments and excellent client communication skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and support tickets simultaneously
- Self-motivated, flexible, and a team player

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with software applications in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Uniface, or web technologies (Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, JSP)
- Experience troubleshooting APIs and/or web services
- Knowledge of Apache Tomcat configuration and troubleshooting
