What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and technology groups to develop business requirements for technical solutions
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and propose solutions
- Work in an agile environment to scope out requirements with the Scrum team
- Assist with system testing, release documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain user documentation and provide training and support to users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience as a business analyst or 5 years as a systems analyst with strong mortgage lending experience
- 4+ years of knowledge of Encompass and an understanding of mortgage products
- Experience in testing software and working in an Agile environment
- Strong organizational skills and experience with all phases of the SDLC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technology staff
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL, .Net platform, and Azure DevOps
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with flexibility to adapt to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
