What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance to existing customers via scheduled outbound calls, ensuring effective solutions
- Troubleshoot and install a variety of security products and services while effectively communicating complex issues
- Educate customers on system functionality and recommend additional security and automation solutions
- Address technical issues related to communication failures and peripheral security devices
- Assist customers with the setup and education on applications based on their system type

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of technical service experience required
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with home security systems is highly preferred
- Ability to maintain a private and distraction-free work area with adequate internet bandwidth
