What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement solutions to meet customer requirements
- Integrate the employer's application suite with third-party software interfaces
- Develop and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
- Lead training sessions with customers and provide implementation support
- Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, third-party vendors, and industry consultants

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in software implementation
- Experience in a technical field such as Electric or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong grasp of SQL and experience with Enterprise Database Software such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems
- Ability to travel in North America up to 30% of the time
