      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
      - Identify customer needs and provide assistance related to SSL, servers, and relational databases
      - Perform routine call center activities concerning business products and services
      - Utilize provided tools to facilitate effective customer conversations
      - Maintain accurate customer profiles and account information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
      - Ability to pass a criminal background check
      - Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship
      - Knowledge of relational databases, SSL, and/or servers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
      - Familiarity with desktop and portable devices
      - Wired internet service with specified speed requirements
      - Secured workspace with a door separating you from the rest of your home
