      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for elevated technical issues, providing white glove service and trouble resolution
      - Handle direct inbound calls from residential, business, and hospitality customers
      - Troubleshoot and solve Tier 1 issues, escalating as necessary, and follow up to exceed client expectations
      - Conduct follow-up testing and troubleshooting to assist customers with technical support issues
      - Maintain thorough knowledge of the employer's product line and assist customers with service recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, and technical support
      - Ability to communicate clearly in grammatically correct English (additional language skills a plus)
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with technical support in a telecommunications environment
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting system configuration and product functionality
      - Previous experience providing customer service in a fast-paced setting
