What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute proper technical and physical setup and breakdown of remote broadcasts and station events while troubleshooting issues on the fly
- Represent stations at events in an upbeat, outgoing, and friendly manner
- Drive station vehicles with attached trailers for event setups
- Maintain and store station equipment and perform general maintenance on vehicles and remote broadcast equipment
- Responsible for operating broadcast audio codecs and ensuring high-quality audio during events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of audio mixing and routing as applicable to remote broadcasting and studio broadcasting
- Basic troubleshooting skills related to electronics, IP networking, and audio routing
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Reliable with a flexible schedule, available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outgoing, energetic, detail-oriented, and responsible personality
- Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
