      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist B2B vendors with payments, missing payments, payment changes, and logging into portals
      - Communicate effectively with businesses through various channels
      - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
      - Ensure daily performance goals are met to contribute to team success
      - Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available for scheduled work shifts from M-F, 11am-8pm EST
      - Experience in handling vendor questions and escalations in a customer service role
      - Strong communication skills to interact with businesses
      - Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions
      - Proven track record of meeting performance goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a digital payment or financial services environment
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting or setup processes for payment systems
      - Previous experience in a B2B customer service role
      - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
