      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and assess documentation for vendors' annual compliance reviews
      - Monitor and track vendor compliance documents throughout the oversight lifecycle
      - Act as the first point of contact for vendors, providing updates and communication
      - Conduct due diligence for new third-party vendors to ensure compliance
      - Log consumer complaints and coordinate remediation efforts with respective business areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - One (1) or more years of experience in the financial services industry, including mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance, or vendor management
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
