What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 30-100 incoming calls related to military-related benefit programs for the university
- Utilize Salesforce platform for documentation and PureCloud phone system
- Act as a liaison between Department of Veterans Affairs, military entities, and students
- Research and resolve issues with claims, billings, and non-payment
- Maintain records, process payments, and update student entitlement status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in financial aid or similar customer service field
- Proficiency with PureCloud phone system or similar platform
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Access to stable Wi-Fi and a dedicated home workspace
- Strong communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge or experience working with VA benefit programs
- Familiarity with Banner or other information management systems
