      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with CSC counterparts to diagnose issues identified in online vibration monitoring systems and ensure proper planning for corrective actions
      - Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for rotating equipment and assist in solving machinery issues
      - Execute strategies utilizing predictive maintenance tools such as Ultrasonic and Infrared technologies
      - Conduct other predictive maintenance tasks as directed by site leadership
      - Travel to various sites to understand processes and build relationships with operations teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - ISO Vibration Level II certification or higher
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility operations in an industrial or manufacturing environment
      - Proficient in problem-solving methods and effective communication skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
      - Willingness and ability to travel to sites up to 25%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in maintenance (mechanical or electrical/instrumentation)
      - Experience in applying mechanical precision maintenance fundamentals
      - Familiarity with Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) technologies
