What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient processing of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Prepare schedules for warehouse associates and monitor their performance
- Establish and enforce warehouse practices and protocols to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate timely shipping of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations on reordering and restocking items
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with inventory control practices
- Physical strength and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of on-the-job warehouse organization and management training in a previous role
- Associate degree in business operations, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field
