What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage U.S.-based business executives in meaningful phone conversations to introduce and set appointments for clients' products and services
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by demonstrating exceptional communication skills and sales acumen
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions to continuously improve techniques and performance
- Manage complex objections and secure qualified appointments through effective phone presence
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Native or near-native English proficiency with a proven ability to engage confidently in high-level business conversations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting in the U.S. markets
- Strong phone presence, capable of managing complex objections and securing qualified appointments
- Driven, coachable, and results-oriented
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work from a quiet, remote location
