      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers through inbound calls
      - Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
      - Maintain focus and resilience while managing challenging customer interactions
      - Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and performing data entry
      - Deliver exceptional customer service to foster and maintain customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Must live in Georgia, specifically in or near the Atlanta Metro, Augusta, Columbus, or Savannah areas
      - Flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
      - Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet

      - Experience in sales or retention within the telecommunications industry
      - Demonstrated competitive spirit and persuasive skills
      - Proven track record of dependability and integrity in previous roles
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
