      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers through inbound calls
      - Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
      - Maintain focus and resilience during challenging customer interactions
      - Effectively manage time while engaging with customers and handling data entry
      - Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
      - Must reside in Texas, preferably in or near Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, or Houston
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
      - Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace setup
