What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-lasting relationships
- Bounce back from challenging calls and focus on long-term goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
- High school diploma or GED
- Must reside in Florida, excluding Miami and Baton Rouge
- Flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- A smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet
