What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers via inbound calls
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain focus on long-term goals while managing challenging customer interactions
- Engage with customers effectively while handling data entry tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster and maintain relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Smartphone/device with an active network connection
- Home workspace with a wired internet connection, USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and two or more monitors
