What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced production environment
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting a suite of TV, internet, and wireless products
- Maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, and persuasive personality
- Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment
