What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on alerts from the fraud detection system
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standardized responses
- Assist in completing lost or stolen reports and block compromised accounts
- Build credit card replacement orders and prepare shipping materials
- Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Ability to complete a background check, including criminal, drug, and credit checks
- Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
- Must be on camera during work hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Experience in banking customer service, fraud detection, or collections
