What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18
- Collect and analyze data utilizing Central Reach
- Meet billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCBAs, totaling 27 hours
- Conduct intake assessments and provide parent training
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success and strong leadership skills
- Availability for scheduled work shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum
- Familiarity with data collection software and methodologies
- Previous mentorship or leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Understanding of the unique needs of diverse populations
