What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on financial modeling initiatives for utility-scale battery storage projects across ISOs/RTOs nationwide
- Take ownership of financial models related to renewable project off-take, bidding, debt/equity structuring, project sales, and tax incentive strategies
- Partner with key stakeholders to create and implement financial analysis and forecasting tools for corporate financing and renewable project assessments
- Optimize financial analytic processes and mitigate risk by reviewing industry macroeconomic trends affecting the renewables industry and US Power Markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Project finance experience supporting Power, Renewables, Capital Market, or Energy Infrastructure transactions
- Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel and debt/equity structuring experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical information clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to engage in advanced discussions in the utility-scale renewables sector, including solar, wind, and storage
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with complex debt equity structures, tax equity transactions, and advanced project finance deal execution
- Understanding of national energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO
