What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage opportunities within an assigned customer portfolio and assess customer health and account status
- Coordinate with SMB Customer Success Managers and Account Managers on renewals, add-ons, and upsells
- Conduct proactive discovery with customers, addressing objections to ensure successful opportunity closures
- Negotiate with customers to prevent churn and secure optimal terms
- Generate pricing quotes for renewals and maintain accurate administration of opportunities in the company’s CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
- Previous sales or negotiation experience
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing
