What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create a positive and engaging brand experience for customers during the renewal process
- Provide service and assistance to residents in their renewal process, including sharing information and processing paperwork
- Contribute to the achievement of community, portfolio, and organizational goals related to renewals
- Support multiple communities within the portfolio
- Handle administrative tasks, such as reminder emails, negotiating, preparing lease documents, tracking renewals, and providing market information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in multifamily or related property management preferred
- Experience in a sales position that requires negotiating
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong negotiating, listening, and follow-through skills
- Ability to solve resident problems and concerns independently
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially in remote settings
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing regulations
