- Performing on site take-offs for potential renovation projects, and ongoing renovation projects.
- Responsible for walking apartment units with the property manager, regional property manager, maintenance staff, and contractors.
- Lead and develop customer relationships on a local, regional, and national level, or combination thereof.
- Responsible for counting products needed on site, measuring for blinds/appliances/lights/plumbing fixtures, etc.
- Handles orders throughout the lifecycle to ensure that any changes to a job are communicated and accounted for.
- Will work with Ferguson's Renovations Business Development Manager and national account manager to help close sales and maintain ongoing jobs.
- Responsible for job and order follow up including tracking of all pertinent information acquired after the intent to award is disclosed.
- Alignment with inventory efficiency goals and maintenance of job performance against job expectations.
- Frequent local travel required; occasional overnight travel required.
- And any other assigned duties.
- 1+ year experience with apartment maintenance, facilities management, facilities supply or project coordination, required
- Experience with hospitality and/or multifamily customer / apartment complex maintenance or facilities management, preferred
- Project coordination of hospitality or multifamily construction experience, a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel
- The ability to delegate work
- Self-motivation and are process-oriented to manage multiple priorities
- Extremely thorough and meticulous and comfortable performing within established processes

As a Renovation Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting renovation and construction projects and partner with property improvement sales, customers, and renovations operations to provide project specifications required for property improvement or construction projects.
This role offers hybrid remote flexibility but will require frequent travel in North Carolina, and occasional overnight travel to support national projects, as needed. The ideal candidate should live within the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, NC area, but will have the flexibility to work from home when not in the field.

Pay Range:

$3,075.30 - $6,783.70-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
