      At Nilfisk, we are one of the leading suppliers of industrial cleaning equipment, and we need someone to help us to enhance our network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

      We are looking for experienced Sales and Business Development Manager who will entirely responsible for our Rental business set-up;

      Here what we are looking for and k ey responsibilities on this role:

      - Develop Rental Business Presence in the market – Create and optimize rental market opportunities, proposals in order to enhance competitiveness and meet customer needs.

      - Key Account Management & Acquisition – Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) to engage existing key accounts and acquire new customers, expanding rental opportunities within Corporate Customers (CC) and Industrial segments.

      - Sales Team Collaboration – Support and monitor rental business growth within the Sales team, driving additional activities to maximize adoption.

      - Collaborative relationship with Service Team – Oversee maintenance services, ensuring timely repairs, quick response times, and efficient machine refurbishing and replacements.

      - Aligning with Customer Care Team – Supervise inter-warehouse transfers and ensure optimal machine availability across locations for rental operations.

      - Financial Oversight – Keep in a close collaboration with Finance team in order to keep under control of payments flow, to maintain the profitability, and overall rental business financial health.

      - Fleet Optimization – Enhance machine rotation and lifecycle management to maximize efficiency and return on investment.

      - Rental & Refurbishment Integration – Align rental and refurbishment processes (Hungary) to optimize machine utilization and long-term fleet value.

      - Rental Agreement Control – Overall documentation process control of the agreements for rental business

      Need to have:

      • Educational background: bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or equivalent.
      • Excellent language skills in Polish and English, both speaking and writing. Any other language as a plus.
      • Building relationships; demonstrated ability to build strong internal, cross-functional relationships; and establishing strong customer partnerships.
      • Communicator; strong communication skills and sense of urgency; prompt ability to respond, prioritize efforts and problem solving.
      • Presentation skills; exceptional business acumen and sales presentation skills.

      Nice to have:

      • Experience with Salesforce CRM
      • Experience with service offerings preferred - contract cleaning, machine rental companies, etc.
