Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Rental Technicians to assist customers with rental equipment fittings and check in/out.

Who you are

• Basic computer skills - required
• Strong customer service skills
• English fluency - required
• Friendly, personable and comfortable working with people
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including holidays and weekends - required
• Experience with rental POS systems - preferred
• Passion for the snow sport industry – preferred

What you will do

• Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction
• Manage rental agreements paperwork upon check out and return
• Help manage Rental of Ski School and Group Sales transactions
• Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day on the mountain
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Demonstrating knowledge of rental products
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of company transaction handling policies and procedure
• Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform and appearance
