- Demonstrate excellent Guest First Service and maintain a positive attitude towards Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Assist the Supervisor in daily operation of Rentals location(s) at Hurricane Harbor. May be required to operate area with supervisor not present.
- Assist in monitoring that we are in full compliance with all Cash Handling policies and procedures
- Assist Supervisor in handling damages, and transfers.
- Presentation must be kept neat, clean, departmentalized, and visually appealing to Guests.
- Maintain a well organized and clean work area for all assigned locations.
- Must be knowledgeable about products, speak positively about products, and make every effort to make a sale.
- Assist on till as necessary
- All other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work outside and stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift. May require the use of a ladder
- Must comply with all Park and Department Policies and Procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Retail experience preferred
- Attention to detail is a must
- Basic fundamentals of Point of Sale systems and Inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Must be able to life 15-20 lbs.
