Overview
Facilitates the delivery of regulatory letter(s) to patients and/or guarantors to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Verification of medical record identification number, patient registration, verification of insurance or third party coverage.
Qualifications
Required Education:: High School Diploma or GED Required Experience:: 3-5 years clerical or customer service experience Preferred Experience:: Clerical / customer service experience in healthcare industry Necessary Skills:: 1. Ability to interact with clients of diverse backgrounds and education 2.
