- Place outbound calls to potential members seeking information on subscribing to Molina healthcare
- Assist in identifying federal health programs potential members may qualify for
- Guide potential members through the application process for health coverage
- Assist prospective members with enrolling in Molina Healthcare if they already have Medicaid benefits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
