      JOB PURPOSE

      This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated & innovative supply chain professional to work in a Global FMCG leader, strengthen his/her experience as part of working directly with an international team.

      Repack Specialist plays a key role in Unilever’s growth plan, providing excellent service towards our customers, being responsible for designing, managing and completing repack activities for the Hungarian/Adriatic market.

      WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

      • Support the improvement / change projects in the repacking area
      • Support the weekly production planning routine and execute repacking activities with 3PLPs (3rd Party Logistics Providers)
        • Collect input and give own data to the weekly production planning routine
        • Communicate and resolve capacity conflicts with repack team lead
        • Optimize production plan (CCFOT, obsoletes, service fee)
        • Manage repacking activities in SAP (e.g. ordering components, request product costing)
        • Keep control of material flows and stocks related to repacking activities
        • Review the stock of components (packaging and gifts) on a regular basis, and propose write-off of obsolete items
        • Manage purchase to pay process for repacking services and packaging components
      • Get price quotation for individual repack activities from 3PLPs according to the annual Quotation Model, support the annual quotation model preparation
      • Support the procurement of packaging material and gift components with relevant stakeholders
      • Support gate keeping process for new repacking SKUs
        • Prepare gate document (incl. input from other departments and 3PLPs)
        • Prepare prototypes for sign-off
        • Organize transportation tests when applicable for new SKUs
      • Follow up repack production plan with 3PLP
      • Measure service performance (dispatch rate), analyse losses on relevant intervals and approaches for corrective actions

      Further accountabilities:

      • Analyse gaps and inconsistencies in the repack plan
      • Highlight potential repack capacity or supply risk and communicate it to the repack team leader
      • Understand warehouse and transportation process
      • Support complexity reduction program.

      Reporting:

      • Data mining to drive efficiency initiatives
      • Maintaining regular reports on repack activities, service, cost & related savings

      WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

      Experiences & Qualifications

      • University or college degree, Economics or Logistic faculty is preferred
      • SAP knowledge is advantage (IM/WM system primarily)
      • Professional, fluent English knowledge

      • Ability to work and deliver in complex, virtual, multi-country environment
      • Strong analytical thinking, and analytical skills with high interest in IT capabilities
      • Power BI capabilities
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
