      The Leidos Digital Modernization (DM) Sector addresses complex technology-driven problems for government and highly regulated customers with our differentiated capabilities and Repeatable Offerings (RO). At the core of each RO is a proven combination of technology and approach packaged for select customizability to deliver superior speed, security, and scale.

      The DM Sector utilizes a team construct to manage the RO life cycle spanning three (3) phases of 1) strategy and design, 2) build / test / launch, and 3) sales, operations, and sustainment. The RO Project Manager supports the RO Lead, managing the day to day operations of the RO office.

      As the project manager for the RO office, the candidate is responsible for the overall management and execution of the rhythms and operations of the office. This includes tracking the status of ROs as they mature from capabilities to offerings, liaising with the other organizations that the RO office is dependent upon, and managing the many varied and concurrent workstreams that the RO office will be responsible for. This position will require an organized, proactive, and technology-focused individual to drive transparency and automation across the RO office. on advising capabilities on the steps required to mature and become ROs, the advisor is responsible for overall success of specific ROs as they evolve from ideation, to technical capability, to ROs. The advisor will work across Leidos Sectors and Corporate functions to identify potential offerings and shepherd them through the required artifacts, gates, and approvals needed to ensure optimal ability for Leidos captures and programs to consume and deliver those offerings to customers.

      Primary Responsibilities
      • Manage all day to day operations of the RO office, including meetings, actions, projects/initiatives, and engagement with other parts of the DM sector
      • Support the RO Lead in establishing and maturing the rhythms and operations of the RO office, from Offering development through to customer delivery
      • Serve as focal point and entry to the RO office for initial engagements and handoff to RO lead or other members of the office
      • Support Tech Transition lead and RO lead in managing transition opportunities between all sources of technical capabilities through delivery as Repeatable Offerings

      oSources: existing programs, Sector IRAD, CHO IRAD, CIO, LInC, partner capabilities, co-developed partner capabilities, acquisitions
      • Develop relationships and cross-domain expertise with the following functions to ensure the RO office has relationships with SMEs in those domains:

      oCHO, CTO/Chief Engineer, Contracts, Finance, Pricing, Marketing & Communications, Business Development, Tech Sales, Legal, Capture
      • Assist the RO lead in demonstrating progress towards the development of Repeatable Offerings to relevant stakeholders
      • Manage Continual Feedback and Continuous Improvement of the RO office

      Basic Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or masters with 6 years of experience in Project Management in the fields of Digital Modernization or Systems Engineering
      • Proven track record of successful project management from inception to delivery
      • Proven track record of public speaking, public writing, and senior-level communications
      • Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams and domain subject matter experts (SMEs), to include engineering, operations, cybersecurity, marketing & communications, finance/pricing, contracts, subcontracts, and legal.
      • Domestic travel as required, up to 10% per month
      • Ability to use automated tools, to include Microsoft Office and other tools, to present ideas, information, and reports to manage work and inform leadership
      • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government clearance as required

      Pay Range:
      Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
