What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal customers to gather data and report specifications
- Lead and coordinate various reporting projects involving internal and contract personnel
- Manage complex reporting projects while maintaining detailed technical design documentation
- Create, maintain, optimize, and support complex reports as per end-user specifications
- Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Services database and/or direct report writing
- At least 3 years of experience in Crystal Reports and/or Tableau, with a preference for both
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with SQL queries
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
